• Own Funds: All funds deposited must be your own money. You must not use credit facilities, borrowed funds, or funds derived from illegal activity.

To access the Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to:

• Allowing any third party — including family members — to access or operate your Account.

Breach of any Prohibited Use provision may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

All Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). nc777 makes available various payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, which are detailed in the cashier section of the Platform.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Payment method availability is subject to change without notice. nc777 accepts no liability for payment methods becoming unavailable.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or as otherwise approved by nc777 following KYC verification.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by method. These are stated at the time of request and are not guaranteed.
• nc777 reserves the right to complete KYC verification, including document checks, before processing any withdrawal. This may delay processing.
• Only real-money funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• nc777 reserves the right to reverse unprocessed withdrawal requests if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

nc777 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each individual offer in addition to these general provisions.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or stake. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided, even if the related wagers resulted in winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a Wagering Requirement. Game contribution rates are disclosed in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated winnings expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and their associated winnings are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus before clearing an existing one may void the original bonus.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse — including creating multiple Accounts, using VPNs, coordinated play, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.
• Modification: nc777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following provisions govern the placement and settlement of bets and gaming rounds on nc777:

• A bet is confirmed only when nc777's system generates a confirmation reference. No confirmation means no bet has been accepted.
• Once accepted and confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or changed by the User.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed in the bet slip and may vary by market and event.

• nc777 settles bets based on official results from recognised governing bodies, statistical providers, and data partners. In cricket, the relevant governing bodies include the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC).
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error or "palp"), nc777 reserves the right to void the affected bet regardless of whether it has already been settled, and to recover any incorrectly paid winnings.
• Winnings arising from technical faults, software errors, or system malfunctions are void and may be reversed.

• Casino games operate under the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game environment. Game rules take precedence in case of any ambiguity.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages published for slot games are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or instant game round, the round will be settled based on the outcome generated by the game engine at the time of disconnection, if determinable. Where it is not determinable, the stake will be returned.

In addition to the prohibitions in Section 5, the following conduct is strictly forbidden on nc777:

nc777 reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate upon discovery of prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement.

All content on nc777, including but not limited to the nc777 brand name, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and any other material made available through the Platform, is the property of nc777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent from nc777.
